Lawyer Inés Florit Moyá

Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) in 2021.

She obtained a Master’s Degree in International Law and a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Madrid in 2021-2022. She completed her legal training with the international specialisation course in Privacy Data Security Certificate, given by Georgetown University (Washington, D.C., 2022).

After completing her master’s internship at Simmons&Simmons’ Madrid office, she joined the firm in September 2023 to specialise in real estate transactions and foreign investments. Her areas of expertise are focused on civil and urban law, in particular real estate law, obligations and contracts and inheritance law.
